(1) Main Business Area

(2) General Business Process Description
We provide paperless management of members through "Online Member Business Zone ". The basic procedures for members to apply for business are as follows:
A. Log in the "Online Member Business Zone ";
B. Enter the corresponding business application page through the menu item of "Business Processing";
C. Fill in various business application forms online;
D. Prepare the required application materials according to the page prompt and upload in the specified format;
E. Check and "Submit".
After the application is successfully submitted, members can check the progress of each business and the approval opinions of relevant business departments through the menu of "Business Processing - Business Processing Inquiry".
The operation process of the above business for non-member units of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") is the same as that of the member units, but the content of the application form and application materials can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and the specific provisions can be consulted by contacting the corresponding business management personnel of relevant departments of SZSE.
The specific requirements of each business can be found in the column of "Online Member Business Zone - Business Guide".
(3) Instructions on Online Member Business Zone Registration and Digital Certificate Application
The digital certificate issued by SZSE shall be used by members when they log in the online business area of the member to handle business.

(4) Definition and General Provisions of Seats
According to the "Seat and Transaction Unit Management Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange", the seats represent the members' interests in SZSE , members must possess seats for trading on the stock exchange. In addition, each seat of a member can have the right of
A. Free use of a trading unit;
B. Free use of standard transaction rate;
C. 30,000 free transactions per year;
D. Other interests as stipulated in the Articles of Association and business rules.
(5) Definition and General Provisions of Trading Unit
The trading unit refers to the basic business unit that the member applies to establish and participate in securities trading and receive supervision and services.
Members may apply to SZSE to establish one or more trading units as required; different members shall not use the same trading unit.
SZSE manages its members through the trading unit; according to the scope and application of the members' business licenses, SZSE opens or restricts the trading rights of trading units in accordance with the relevant business rules.
(6) Definition and General Provisions of Gateway
Gateway refers to the hardware and software facilities placed at the member to connect the member to the trading system of the firm. Members can use multiple gateways to make offers at the same time, but they are not allowed to use other people's gateway offers.
Members can configure subordinate transaction units to the gateway as needed. Multiple transaction units can be configured on one gateway at the same time, and one transaction unit can also be configured on multiple gateways.
The firm controls the member's offer transaction rate (i.e. "runway width") through the gateway. When the actual offer rate reaches the gateway's transaction rate limit value, the throttle function is turned on, and the offer exceeding the limit value will be delayed until the next time period. Members can apply to set the gateway's offer transaction rate as needed. The standard transaction rate is 50 transactions per second. The transaction rate configured to the gateway must be an integral multiple of the standard transaction rate. Currently, the maximum transaction rate supported by a single gateway is 1000 transactions per second. SZSE will annually test and adjust the standard transaction rate values ??to ensure that the overall transaction rate that members have is adapted to market development needs.
The alternate gateway can be configured in the same way as the primary gateway. When the primary gateway fails, the alternate gateway can be enabled immediately, or a separate gateway can be established for backup.
